Chunky Artichoke Salsa
Served at August 2010 Bunko
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 cup chopped olives
2 TBS. chopped red onion
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
2 TBS. fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips
