Craisin Salad

Served at September Bunko

2 Hearts of romaine

1 C. Grated swiss cheese

1 C. Craisins

1 C. Salted cashews

1 Pear (finely diced)

1 Apple (finely diced)


Dressing:

1/2 C. Sugar

1/3 C. Lemon juice

2 tsp. Green onion (chopped)

2/3 C. Oil

1 tsp. Dry mustard

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 Tbsp. Poppyseed

Mix dressing with whisk. Add dressing to salad just before serving.
