1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
4 eggs
3/4 cup water (I used 1¼ cup)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Icing
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 lemons, juice and zest of (OR ¾ cup lemon juice)
Mix cake ingredients together for 4 minutes.
Bake in 9x13 inch pan (greased pan) @350 for 35-40 minutes.
Cool for 10-20 minutes (10 - sinks in and softer; 20 – glaze)
Mix together icing.
Poke holes with fork about 1 inch apart on top of warm cake. Pour this over the cake.
Serve warm or cold.
